Return

We strive to make the whole experience of selecting and purchasing Outfits as enjoyable as possible for you.


  • All returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Please verify that it has all of its original tags.

  • Consumers must report any delivery-related difficulties within two business days after the date of shipment.

  • Put the item(s) you want to return in the original shipping packaging. Please verify that the product is unused, in the same condition as when you got it and that all tags are intact.

  • Enter the order/invoice form and confirm the package is packaged appropriately.

  • When our delivery partner comes, give them the package. After we have received the returned package, the reimbursement procedure for the returned products will begin.

Refund


After we have received and examined your return, we will get in touch with you to let you know the status of the refund and whether or not it was accepted. If the request is valid, the amount of your refund will be immediately applied to the mode of payment you used initially. 


The refund time frame is 5-7 business days. Your understanding and help have been invaluable throughout.


Cancellation


Every order for a product that is not in stock and ready to ship may be canceled within 48 hours after placement, we will initiate a full refund and provide you a confirmation of the same by e-mail. While Ready To Ship purchases are typically sent within 48 hours of receipt, they cannot be canceled. SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping partners are reputable (courier partners are chosen based on Order Quantity, Weight of Shipment, and Delivery Location). 


We will send your purchase within 48 hours of receiving it, and delivery to your doorstep might take up to 7 days, depending on your location.


Please note that there are no store shipments on Sundays or national holidays since our logistics partner does not perform any pickups on those days.


As soon as the products are sent to the courier, we will contact you to let you know when your purchase will be shipped. The tracking number, website information for the courier company, and the anticipated arrival date are all included in these warning emails. You may do the same by visiting our order status page or signing into the My Account area of our website. It may take up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers for orders that have been sent to become active on the courier websites. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package, kindly let us know within 24 hours.


Split Orders:

Due to varied item availability and delivery locations, if you bought two or more goods, you could get them in various boxes on different days. You could get more than one delivery to your location since items are often transported apart from one another for additional safety in transit.
